- Needles - 2 sets of # 6 Circular Needles Though you will be knitting back and forth, not in the round this project requires circular needles. You will need two sets of needles for the hem portions. The second set can be a size up or down from your designated needle size. Please remember that after knitting up your swatch, your needle size may change.

Gauge- 6 stitches = 1” or 24 sts. = a 4 in square in Stockinette Stitch using a #6 needle
